So your sibling has a mental illness. You might be feeling ignored, neglected, embarrassed, like your family is crazy, unsafe, confused, forgotten, resentful, helpless, lost, pressured to be 'okay,' stressed, alone. You're not alone. Come talk with other teens who understand that being at home feels more like chaos than calm.

Sibs is a peer support group for young people who have siblings with mental health issues. The group is facilitated by Clayr Simnacher, a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern with Lifeworks Group in Dallas. The group meets on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month at 4 p.m. at the Jewish Community Center.
