Connecting women with resources, support and encouragement as they navigate mental health challenges with their child or teen.

Coffee Days is a peer support group for moms and female caregivers of children and teens experiencing mental health challenges.

Coffee Days meetings offer a chance to connect with others who truly understand. Participants share stories, exchange resources, and find encouragement in a judgment-free environment.

Many women come feeling overwhelmed, isolated, and unsure, and leave feeling seen, supported, and empowered with new tools and renewed hope for the journey ahead with their child or teen.

There’s no cost to attend. Just bring yourself. We’ll have the coffee ready.

Meetings are held three times each month from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

  • First Thursday (in person)
    Trinity Presbyterian Church, McKinney

  • Second Thursday (online)
    Virtual meeting on Zoom

  • Third Saturday (in person)

Coffee Days is a welcoming space for support and sharing. These gentle reminders help us keep it that way. Thank you for being thoughtful and kind.

Be Kind and Courteous
Coffee Days is a space for encouragement, resource sharing, and honest conversation. We welcome questions and shared experiences, but please be kind and respectful when offering feedback or resources. If it can’t be said with kindness, it’s best left unsaid. We’re all in this together.

Politics-Free Zone
When you join us at Coffee Days, you’re stepping into a politics-free zone. Please avoid initiating or engaging in political discussions. This isn’t the space for that.

Judgment-Free Space
Coffee Days is a place of understanding and support. Everyone is here trying to make the best decisions for their loved ones. Let’s honor that by keeping criticism and negativity out of the conversation.

Code of Confidentiality
Feel free to ask questions and engage openly, but please do not share anything discussed at Coffee Days meetings on social media or with anyone outside the group. We deeply value trust and confidentiality.

I visited fabulous Coffee Days with moms several years ago when our son was diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. The support group helped me find a way to put my feet on the ground again!
