Michael Kovac is currently a student at Duke University studying psychology. When he's not at work, Michael enjoys playing guitar, spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, and cheering on Duke basketball. Believing that every challenge should be met with a positive mindset, he’s passionate about supporting Grant Halliburton Foundation's mission to expand access to mental health education and resources for children and teens.
Grant Halliburton Foundation Young Professionals recently gathered at Batbox in Addison for food, drinks, and a few swings of the bat. Founded in 2006, the Foundation has reached more than 375,000 students, educators, parents, and professionals with its mental health education, resources, and support programs.

Grant Halliburton Foundation launched a pilot of its Early Risers program this fall at Rosemont Upper School, a Title I early childhood campus in Oak Cliff serving students in prekindergarten through second grade. The program is designed to help young children develop essential social and emotional skills through structured, age-appropriate classroom lessons.
Grant Halliburton Foundation held its 16th Annual Hope Party on Friday, Nov. 21, at The Statler in downtown Dallas. More than 530 supporters attended the organization’s signature fundraiser, which raised more than $620,000—a record-breaking total—through sponsorships, underwriting, ticket sales, live and silent auctions, a wine and spirits pull, and the Sips and Sparkles champagne wall.
