As we gear up for the 17th annual Hope Party, we’re looking for committee members to help bring one of Grant Halliburton Foundation’s biggest nights of the year to life.

Committee members play an important role in creating a meaningful evening that supports youth mental health education, resources, and support across North Texas. The Host Committee is best for those who want to make a larger fundraising impact through sponsorships, underwriting support, or donations while helping promote the event to their networks. The Event Committee is best for those who want to support the hands-on details, including soliciting auction items, collecting wine and spirits, mailing invitations, and helping with event prep.

MONETARY COMMITMENT | Make a meaningful impact through a minimum commitment of $4,000, fulfilled by securing a sponsorship, underwriting opportunity, or donations to The Hope Party.

SPREAD THE WORD | Serve as an ambassador for The Hope Party, promoting the event to your network! Encourage people to purchase tickets or sponsorships to help support the important work of Grant Halliburton Foundation. Help spread the word by submitting names for our invite list and invite your friends.

AUCTION SOLICITATION | Help secure silent auction items. We ask committee members to contribute or solicit 2–3 items or experiences (suggested minimum value: $50), and send ideas for businesses we can contact.

WINE AND SPIRITS PULL | Help collect bottles of wine (valued at $35+) or spirits (valued at $45+) for the always-popular wine and spirits pull.

INVITATION MAILING | Stuff and seal event invitations in mid-September.

GENERAL HELP | Assist with décor, set-up, errands, or general prep the week and day of The Hope Party.
