Each meeting offers a welcoming space to connect with other women who truly understand what it’s like to walk this journey. Together, participants share stories, exchange resources, learn about mental health, and find encouragement in a safe, judgment-free environment.
Many women come in feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or unsure and leave feeling seen, supported, and empowered with new tools and renewed hope for the road ahead with their child or teen.
“I visited fabulous Coffee Days with moms several years ago when our son was diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. The support group helped me find a way to put my feet on the ground again!”
